Since 2019, Below the Line has had 2 goals:
1) Showcase Kentucky made short films for an audience of filmmakers to promote future collaboration.
2) Appreciate the work that goes into every short film EQUALLY.
Two dozen shows in, with OVER 180 local short films shown, Below the Line has become a staple for filmmakers in Kentucky to show and view each others’ work. Multiple locally produced short films have been made by filmmakers who met at Below the Line.
Quarterly shows in February, May, August, and November.
